Edgar was extremely professional, didn't waste my time, which I very much appreciated, and he made the entire exp I just bought a brand new Honda CRV. Great Experience I called into the dealership looking for a specific 2018 CRV. Best car experience in Chicago Test drove a car, negotiated a trade in, switched financing; Honda city even price matched another dealership's price and I drove off in my brand new Test drove a car, negotiated a trade in, switched financing; Honda city even price matched another dealership's price and I drove off in my brand new honda all in 2 1/2 hours. Fraud Dealership in Chicago, adding pain to the Car Buying P rocess I am based out of Columbus, OH and was working with Mike Siddiqui on a 2018 Honda CRV. He seems to be one of the managers at this location. rocess I am based out of Columbus, OH and was working with Mike Siddiqui on a 2018 Honda CRV. He seems to be one of the managers at this location. Initially, Mike shared a quote with me which was least $1000 lower than other Honda Dealers based out of Ohio. Later, I called Mike multiple times to validate the quote and also to ensure there was no hidden price. I even requested Mike to share a final out to door price before I visit to Honda City dealership from Ohio to Illinois. But, he kept insisting then he can provided final information only on arrival. He also assured me that there was no hidden price in the provided quote. Finally, I made a trip to his dealership from Ohio to Illinois in a Greyhound bus ( 8 hours trip) so that I can purchase the vehicle and drive back to Ohio. When I reached Honda City dealership, Mike person was very different. Mike even did not bother to come and greet me. A salesperson came and started assisting me. When I insisted on Mike, he came out and said to work with the Sales Person and later he will work on pricing. Later, when it came to discussing the pricing, Mike quote was even higher than Ohio Dealers. He justified the difference by saying that initially, he counted for multiple rebates which I am not eligible for and thus your quote is $1000 more than the earlier quote provided. I reiterated that I asked about hidden prices or surprises over phone and emails and he kept insiting that there is nothing as such. Also, throughtput the conversation on phone and emails, this Sales guy never brought point of rebates. Finally, I escalated this issue to the Dealership Manager Mr. Pat and he was also very rude and only supporting his team. I was extremely disappointed with this experience at this dealership and just dropped to buy a vehicle from such fraudsters who do not understand the pain of customers and just try to pull them to their dealership with fake quotes. I insist all the potential buyers, buy their vehicle from Genuine dealers vs such dealers who actually fake information just for business purpose and add pain to Car Buying process More

Carolina is the best there is!!! We all know we dread the process and interaction with the salesman when purchasing a car. But in my case it could not have been better. For the start of the process to dealing with Mike on line and him setting me up with the car I wanted in the color I wanted. To Carolina who made the sale seamless and xxxxxxxx free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They followed through with what they said they would and provided me with the deal and discount they promised. Working with Carolina was like buying from a best friend. No pressure, no xx and knowledgeable. I would defend drive over and hour and a half again to work with her. Thank you for my experience. Such an amazing service center and friendly atmosphere. Carolina Waluszko was the nicest and very friendly she took amazing care of us in helping explain the paperwork and help with the required documents, she made the experience very smooth and she is such a knowledgeable and competent employee, one of the best. She is attentive to the customers needs. Pat Dazzo is by far the best Honda manager I have ever met. I highly recommend him because he cares about the clients needs and will work hard to get to know the customers. He is very friendly and takes the time to meet the customers, shake their hands, and is very friendly unlike other car dealerships. He truly is passionate about his position and puts the customer first. Dennis Orihuela is very knowledgeable about finance and is willing to work with customers to answer all questions and takes the time to walk through the process regarding any finance questions and concerns. It was a pleasure working with the Honda staff in purchasing my car. After visiting many car dealerships, I realized that HONDA CITY IS THE BEST car dealership in Chicago and recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to visit Honda City meet with the staff and get the best car.
