This was my second visit to the Service department. My Honda Civic had a recall and when I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that I should expect the service to take at least 3 hours. Upon arrival I received a friendly greeting from the service write up area and proceeded to the waiting room. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45-at 12:08 I was checked out and on my way. Advisor Austin Renner explained the service in detail and answered my questions. I will definitely continue to return for service and will be leasing another Civic in the very near future.
