"Quick and efficient with same day service"

I was very impress that I was able to have my car looked at the same day that I called to get an appointment. They were able to fix the problem and even made sure to have a technician stay a little late just so I could get my car fixed. It was a seemingly minor problem but it needed to be fixed right away. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. I will always recommend this dealership and can't wait to do business with them again.

I recently came in with an engine light on. My advisor chuck Shaw went right o work found the problem ( transmission pressure switch ) gave me an exact quote and had it done 20 minutes early. Outstanding. Meanwhile I had the opportunity to speak with Rob Giovannucci who sold me he two Honda’s I have now. I looked at leasing. A new pilot and passing on my accord to my son(120,000) miles strong. Love the commitment and service here.

"Love this dealership!"

Now, how many can say that about an experience at a car dealership?!? Not many but, I can. I have nothing but wonderful dealings with the people at the Honda Gallery in Reading, MA. They bend over backwards to help their customers whenever they can. When they can’t, they are honest and tell me the truth. Today was a perfect example. I needed an inspection sticker and a new tire sensor assembly. The Service Advisor, Christine Gallella, knew that I was short on time. She knew how important it was for me to pick my daughter up from school ON TIME. She went out of her way to repeatedly check the status of my car and ensure that the deadline was met- no matter what. She also coordinated the efforts of her fellow team members to ensure that my deadline was met. I was grateful for her efforts because I was finally able to pick my daughter up on time and reschedule the completion of the auto work for another time. 😁 - Billie (A happy CRV Owner)

"Fantastic Service!!"

The Sales People are terrific and their Service dept is the best!!! Chuck Shaw, the assistant service manager, was especially helpful to me concerning a problem i was having with my car ! I sent my niece there to buy her new Pilot because of the great service! She bought her Pilot at Honda Gallery because of my referral! I ,without a doubt will lease my next Honda from them!!

"Very professional and willing to please"

I purchased my car at Honda Gallery 6 years ago and have had nothing but great service from them. I can always get an appointment for service when I need it and they also provide a shuttle to bring me to work and will also pick you up once your car is ready, Christine Gallella was very professional and responsive to what I needed for service. I would highly recommend this dealership for sales and service.
