Now, how many can say that about an experience at a car dealership?!?
Not many but, I can.
I have nothing but wonderful dealings with the people at the Honda Gallery in Reading, MA. They bend over backwards to help their customers whenever they can. When they can’t, they are honest and tell me the truth. Today was a perfect example. I needed an inspection sticker and a new tire sensor assembly. The Service Advisor, Christine Gallella, knew that I was short on time. She knew how important it was for me to pick my daughter up from school ON TIME. She went out of her way to repeatedly check the status of my car and ensure that the deadline was met- no matter what. She also coordinated the efforts of her fellow team members to ensure that my deadline was met. I was grateful for her efforts because I was finally able to pick my daughter up on time and reschedule the completion of the auto work for another time.
