As a new driver, I had a lot of questions, but the staff was beyond amazing. They walked me through every detail and made sure I felt confident with my decision. Special shoutout to the VIP Concierge, PJ—he was incredibly kind, patient, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Carlos S from finance was fantastic too! He explained everything clearly, and I never felt pressured at any point. A big thank you to Matt Benak, the General Manager, for overseeing everything and ensuring my experience was above and beyond from start to finish. I’m super comfortable with my purchase and can’t wait to come back here when it’s time for my next car. A special shoutout to Carlos S. in finance—he went above and beyond my expectations and made the financial side of things easy to understand and stress-free. Also, Matt Benak was fantastic! He was involved right from the beginning and made sure everything went perfectly. Even after the purchase, he continues to check in to see if I need anything, which really shows how much they care about their customers.
