Our van purchase experience at the Honda of Marysville was the easiest and smoothest we have ever had. We were in & out in about an hour. Both Jason and Daric were a delight to work with. My service writer was great Adam went above and beyond for me. As far as how scheduling is done it does not work, I scheduled on line and all times were open for the day, when I arrived the first person for me. As far as how scheduling is done it does not work, I scheduled on line and all times were open for the day, when I arrived the first person informed me it was Honda Day which I wasn't sure what that meant, my appointment was for 10:30am for and A1 service, which didn't mean crap was told 2 to 2-1/2 hrs was finally done at 1:45pm. So it goes back to technology does not work if it doesn't cut off appointments when the schedule for the day is full, if I knew it was going to be that long I would have picked a different day or just dropped it off More

My car had 260 miles on it at the time I purchased the car. I was never told this. We thought a new car should only have 4-8 miles on it. The last one I bought from you only had 4 miles on it.
