We had been working with a different dealership but felt like we were getting the runaround. We inquired about the Pilot we were looking for and were contacted by Mark Radabaugh. He was very patient with us like we were getting the runaround. We inquired about the Pilot we were looking for and were contacted by Mark Radabaugh. He was very patient with us because it took us a couple weeks to have the time to actually make it into the dealership. He was very responsive through email and we were able to do most of our sale through email, which we appreciated because we've got 3 small children who get bored quickly in these situations. When we did finally go into the dealership, Mark was friendly and answered all of our questions, he made the sale process really easy. Marysville is a farther drive for us but it was worth it to work with Mark, we would refer any of our friends and family over to him and Honda Marysville in general. More
