New Honda Accord purchase I just traded my 2007 BMW for a new Honda Accord EX. First of all, I was not a happy camper about trading. I absolutely loved driving the BMW, but I I just traded my 2007 BMW for a new Honda Accord EX. First of all, I was not a happy camper about trading. I absolutely loved driving the BMW, but I was also smart enough to do my research and knew it was not a wise decision to keep it. I needed something stress free....hence the lifetime warranty that drew me back to Honda Morristown. I had actually purchased a new Accord in 2002 as well. It was my first experience negotiating alone for a car and I was a wreck!!! Everyone I dealt with was extremely patient, knowledgable, and knew when I needed some calm-down time. They made the transition as smooth as possible. I would definitely tell others to visit Honda Morristown. More

Just bought our 3rd Honda from this dealership We just bought a 2015 Civic EX-L Oct 19th. It's a beauty and drives great too, but best of all is the MPG. We are now getting 33-35 in town and 37- We just bought a 2015 Civic EX-L Oct 19th. It's a beauty and drives great too, but best of all is the MPG. We are now getting 33-35 in town and 37-38 on highway. It's a pleasure to do business with Morristown Honda and we have never felt pressured to rush into a deal the way we have at other dealerships. The drive from Maryville is well worth it. Thanks Estel for being patient with us. Rachel did a great job in setting up the GPS and Blue Tooth and it seems that everyone at the dealership(we also met Rodney and Matt) work well together. It's a pleasure doing business with you. More

Buying a car Or taking a whipping i hate buying a car! But my car was totaled and I needed wheels. plus I'm an old lady, ( hate to acknowledge that). So I researched vehicles and ma i hate buying a car! But my car was totaled and I needed wheels. plus I'm an old lady, ( hate to acknowledge that). So I researched vehicles and made an appt. at Morristown Honda to drive a Civic Hybrid. I was listened to, I was shown the car of choice. Rodney went over all the features of the vehicle. Many of these things I wasn't even aware of after research. After driving the car and agreeing on price..I think this is the first time I ever left a car lot feeling I had bought at a fair price. The entire process remains exhausting, however. The amount of paperwork in duplicate, the required signature on so many pieces of paper (transfer of title, declining of "plans", committing to insurance et., etc.). Entire forests are decimated in the purchase of one vehicle. And all the staff was so kind and thoughtful. From the receptionist to the mechanic who was able to change the dashboard messages from French to English and to Todd who walked me through the computer mechanics of my car. I would recommend them and if I live long enough to get another car I would go back there. More
