:Cross posted review, also on Google: I would put 0 if I could. Attempted to do a trade-in for a pre-owned 08 Honda Ridgeline. Finished all the paperwork and officially had the vehicle for one day when the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership and they did an inspection. The tech said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I asked the dealership if they could fix that or not. Because I was still in the 5 day window to return the vehicle. Nothing else was mentioned about that particular part again. Instead they called and told me that a recall happened that same morning and they couldn't sale the truck now. They said I could wait for the parts to and it could take up to a week or more. Then told me they could see if they had something else I might be interested in, I told them to check for me. The more I thought about it, the more it stuck with me that a recall for a 2008 is happening after all this time. I wanted proof. When asked they provided a number for the recall, and a physical copy. Still feeling off about it, I went on their website and checked to find the recall wasn't listed! When they did reach back out, I was told that they didn't find anything to fit what I was looking. Then asked me what I wanted to do. I got my trade-in back, but the whole situation seemed VERY sneaky and a complete waste of time! More
Took my Honda CRV in for an oil change on May 7 this year. Brad was very helpful in reviewing other services that I need to be aware of in order to keep my power train warranty. Went by to drop off my car for a simple oil change for a brand new car. Made an appointment for 2:30 and did not get my car until 4:30. Terrible service if you have any other plans. I took it in for a complementary oil change and the service advisor Scott Johnson told me about the maintenance my car needed, brake fluid flush and transmission fluid flush. He told me it was $155 but with a 10% discount for the break fluid flush. I was ok with it until I got the bill and realized they charged $109 for labor! My car was there about an hour including the time it took for an oil change and if that wasn’t enough to cover they charged me $12 for supplies?! So total price was $171.20 I feel overcharged on labor for 1/2 hour of work. More

Wifes CRV is great but when she went in for routine service they sold her a differential fluid change and a brake fluid change. That's xxxxxxxx. We have had Toyota and Honda vehicles for years, and t service they sold her a differential fluid change and a brake fluid change. That's xxxxxxxx. We have had Toyota and Honda vehicles for years, and this kind of service is not ROUTINE. Stay away from these hucksters. More
