They worked hard to make the deal happen!!! I had a wonderful experience with the staff. Estel Croley was a great salesman and very patient with me. What a nightmare! We were on vacation when our Odyssey broke down. Honda Morristown was willing to stay late and fix it to get us back on the road. In the end we ended We were on vacation when our Odyssey broke down. Honda Morristown was willing to stay late and fix it to get us back on the road. In the end we ended purchasing a brand new Odyssey to drive home. The staff at Honda Morristown went above and beyond. Staff stayed late, made sure we were comfortable and helped us get the old van unpacked and new van packed. We couldn't be happier. 5 star review to them. Thanks to Rodney Shopshire in sales, Alex Ahlgrim in Finance, Shirley Santos in Delivery, Mike Wilder the Service Manager, David Stout the Service Advisor, and Benny Jones as the Technician. You made a not so fun experience a happy one. The above review was written in June after our great experience. Now in August I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to by worst enemy! We have yet been given the proper documents in order to get our vehicle plated. We have been given 4 temporary tags (one in which was sent to us expired, leaving us without a vehicle for a trip we had planned!). Andrew the general manager has been in contact with us but is giving us the same story everytime. It is one excuse after the next. We are BEYOND frustrated and have now had to open a case with Honda, we are also filing complaints with attorney generals (probably in both states). We are also trying to find a lawyer within TN to handle this. We want to turn the vehicle back in and walk away! JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More

Not what they promised I specifically ask for the rain guards to be installed on my van windows. When I got there I was told the truck broke down that had them on their. I ask for them a week in advance and was very disappointed in not getting them. I live in Marshall NC and it takes a good 1.36 hrs to get there so Its not a fast trip to go back. More

Great. Fast. Friendly I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I came in and drove the car made a deal got the car and left. All the staff were friendly except Rusty wh I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I came in and drove the car made a deal got the car and left. All the staff were friendly except Rusty which pulled the car out of the show room and squealed the tires pulling out. MY Car Buy Experience I would like to say the purchase went off without a hitch but it didn't. We spent 6 1/2 hours in the dealership before I purchased the car which I fe I would like to say the purchase went off without a hitch but it didn't. We spent 6 1/2 hours in the dealership before I purchased the car which I felt was too long. Then we were unable to take the car with us because there was a software glitch within the bluetooth system. The dealership where the car was shipped from sent the wrong key and owners manuals. These two things caused me to not take final ownership of the car until these issues were resolved. I guess I expected too much anyway, the CEO of the dealership, salesman, and customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Hopefully my next car purchase will go smoother with Honda. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Honda Morristown and hopefully won't be the last Thanks Mr. Creech, Ms. Santos, and Mr. Doherty for helping me purchase what I hope will be the Honda of my dreams. More
