When a vehicle is brought to our dealership, we need ensure there is not a disconnect from the actual problem, customers assumptions, and our ability to fix the problem. In your situation you were 100% correct. When a vehicle is repaired in our shop, we incorporate that $115 diagnostic fee into the repair. When you were originally quoted$533 for the starter and then told that it would be $800, we sadly miss-informed you. We sincerely apologize for our mix up. We take customer service very seriously, constantly making improvements based on reviews and we try to provide the most accurate information to our customers at all times.
