I am not the type to write bad reviews but I was super disappointed for the 2nd time at Honda North. Several years ago we went car shopping at Honda North and had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle. disappointed for the 2nd time at Honda North. Several years ago we went car shopping at Honda North and had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle. I decided to give it another try and use a different salesperson this time. The person we worked with was great and handled the sales part perfectly, but when I put a deposit on the vehicle I was THEN informed they did not have the title in hand and couldn't do paperwork. Salespeople may not know off the top of their head if they have the title in hand, but this is information that can easily be checked while a customer test drives to avoid any headaches down the road. I had informed them in prior communications and at my test drive that I needed a vehicle in my possession within a few days. I texted my concerns and was told not to worry. Unfortunately, communication was spotty once I put my deposit down and they did not know if/when the title would be in their possession or even its whereabouts. The team at Honda North did not really try to get me into another vehicle or turn this experience around. I ended up going to another dealership the same day, and the process there was seamless even though my salesperson was not in the office to handle the paperwork, they made sure I was taken care of, and I drove my new car off the lot the next day. After sharing my frustrating experience with a friend, they said the same thing happened to them at Honda North. Now, I understand dealerships are under a lot of pressure at this time, but honest communication and being proactive in solving this problem would have made the experience much easier and much less frustrating. I bought a car a few months ago and ordered the service maintenance package. It seemed like a great deal until I had to deal with the service department. I made an appointment online to get an oil change a maintenance package. It seemed like a great deal until I had to deal with the service department. I made an appointment online to get an oil change and check out a minor issue that I noticed with the car. 1st the appointment was outright cancelled, - no call just an email. I responded to th service assistant Allison and received no response, so I rebooked the appointment. I received a call from them the day before the appointment telling me for them to look at the car I would have to leave it for the day. I told her that would not be possible on such short notice, but still needed the oil change. She was abrasive and told me oil changes are first come first service which doesn't solve my minor issue with the car. I was told I would have to make another appointment and leave it for the day. First impressions leave a lasting impressiona and this one shows the customer service is well below par. I wish I could revise my contract, I'd rather take my car to my regular mechanic, at least they treat me with courtesy. More

Angel (Enyel?) was very accommodating, professional, personable, knowledgable and helpful. He came in to meet with us ON HIS DAY OFF regarding our desire to buy a new vehicle. The test drive process of our experience was terrific in that Angel just gave us the keys and sent us on our way with no limitations. He was very well versed in all of the cars features and explained them very well. The "negotiating" part of our purchase was professional and forthright. Working with Angel is a BIG reason we did buy a new 2022 Honda Pilot - which we are going to love. This is my wife's retirement car and we thank Angel for making this such a pleasant experience. As an added note - the dealership overall is is impressive - clean, contemporary, comfortable and inviting. THANK YOU ANGEL - YOU'RE THE BEST! More

Horrible experience . I made an appointment for my car to be serviced ,I waited 2 weeks for an appointment brought my car in and they called me with a diagnosis 6 days later now 11 days later my car was fina be serviced ,I waited 2 weeks for an appointment brought my car in and they called me with a diagnosis 6 days later now 11 days later my car was finally finished . Courtesy rental fee $440 split in half after I was told by the service agent I would only have to pay a couple days I guess I should of asked what he meant by a couple . 6 hours of labor done in 11 days. For more info on my experience visit me at the dealership I will be there holding poor service signs with some friends at the end of the month. More

They sold my son a car that they didn't have the tittle for.. He did the test ride and all that, they took his money and the tittle to his old car , Then when he thought he was driving away in his new car, they sprung it on him that they didn't have the Tittle for the car and he would have to wait a week or two before he could have it. two weeks later. we go there to talk to them. They said they screwed up the paper work and it will be another few weeks. Seriously how long have they been in business and they still don't know how to file the paper work. Happy Ending got his money and title back and found a better deal at another dealer. when will these shady car places learn that if you are Honest and treat people right they will return and bring friends, but when you give bad service. bad news travels far and fast . More
