In the past we've been pleased with Honda North-- enough so that we've purchased or leased 4 vehicles-- but our latest experience has been rocky. Information we weren't given, miscommunication within Honda, etc. nearly lost us as a future customer. On the positive side, when I contacted them with the list of issues/ errors they responded within the hour. The things that they are able to address they are making an effort to address. In the past I would have given 5 stars and said I wished I could give more. With this transaction, Pre-Honda response I would have given 1 star and wished I could give less. The immediacy of their response brings them back to 3 stars. More
Test drove a Honda Pilot on Monday came up to buy it on Tuesday. Honda North dropped the advertised price by $500 between Monday and Tuesday and charged the prior price. I've been taken for $500. Beware of this dealership! I uncovered questionable practices and when P. Derosier heard, he became rude and refused to sell us a car. I asked why he wouldn't sell us the car and he said because it is practices and when P. Derosier heard, he became rude and refused to sell us a car. There is something shoddy going on with their online applications that needs to be looked into. More
My heater was working fine until I took my car in for a oil change (Lucky Chan ) worked on my car screw up my heater now it’s not working properly and they’re asking me to bring in my car for a diagnostic oil change (Lucky Chan ) worked on my car screw up my heater now it’s not working properly and they’re asking me to bring in my car for a diagnostic paying another $125 on top of what I paid for the oil change smh and they were the one you xxxx it up my second time there and will be my last time bad service.......
