Paid for diagnosis fee, and was told to replace a coil pack in cylinder 4. Replaced it myself, because the store wanted another 125$ worth of labor for a job that would take 5 minutes. Car still wouldn't drive after I replaced what was recommended. I then asked them to diagnose the accord again because the initial diagnosis was invalid. Then got a call the next day, saying they were refusing to work on my car due to the fact that I had not serviced my car at their dealership before. I thought Honda dealerships serviced Honda cars, not matter where they came from or what state they were in. Hands down one of the worst experiences I have EVER had! This is my first Honda, and I am not happy to be apart of this family :( Honda needs to look into their customer service quality control, especially at the Danvers service department... More

When it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle, I could very easily have gone to another local dealership. However, I have come to learn that the the Service Department is awesome and I feel one would be hard pressed to find another like it. All of the Service Advisors are excellent, but one stands out in my mind - and that is Vic Gillespie. He is attentive, patient, and honest about as to what needs to be done regarding the service of our vehicles. He is definitely an asset to Honda North! When it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle I did so at Honda North, again, for the service I knew I would receive. I was referred to Sean Geyer, a sales representative with Honda North. One could not ask for a better experience. Sean listened to my needs and to how much I could afford for a new vehicle. He showed me some pre-owned vehicles and new vehicles. I chose a 2019 CRV (to replace my older CRV) and he made every effort to bring the cost down to what I could comfortably afford monthly. He was patient, a good listener, and did not pressure me one bit at all. I did not feel as if he was forcing me to purchase a vehicle from Honda North. It was a great experience. Honda North should be proud of their employees for the professionalism! More
