Jim, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have spoken to the Sales Consultant you worked with and he made an honest mistake and did not see the dents on the vehicle. The $450 doc fee is a fee that is added to every single vehicle which is standard across all dealerships. The full tank of gas and license plate holder comes standard with every vehicle purchase. These items were not intended to make up for the doc fee. We apologize for the confusion during this entire process as it seems that things were not explained clearly.
