Excellent Experience We purchased our new 2019 Ridgeline from Ed Drake. In 2016 we had a very bad experience with Honda North and purchased our Pilot in Wakefield. On the Wednesday before we picked up our vehicle (on a Friday) we tried to get an answer on the final amount for over three hours after speaking with multiple people. The salesperson (Josue) was off that day and did what he could via his own phone. Joe got me answers and all the details that were required to make a seamless transition from our trade in to our new 2019 Ridgeline. He was excellent. More

She got us in the door with a quick email of price confirmation, VIN# and that you actually had the truck. The sales person, Cassie Fiasconaeo, was great. She knew the vehicle. Was able to show us how everything worked. We never felt rushed and she had us test drive one. After a little back and forth we settled on a price and we were happy. Next up was the business manager, Alex Salcedo. Started out well until we made it clear we were not interested in extended warranties or LoJack. Although never rude it was quite clear to us that the mood had changed. That was not good. I own a business and if a customer isn't interested, that's fine with me. I can move right along. I don't take it personally. Alex should do the same. I would be looking down the road at the maintenance some goodwill would be bringing into the shop. Lastly picking up the vehicle- Cassie was waiting and had the plates on and ready to go. She spent a great deal of time making sure I drove off knowing how things worked. Again I never felt rushed.
