my 2019 white civic I had the best - Chick - who walked me through turning in my 2016 civic and leasing my new civic. He answered all questions - very patiently - and ev I had the best - Chick - who walked me through turning in my 2016 civic and leasing my new civic. Sean Geyerr Sean Geyer was just the best! I was in for a oil change on my 2008 Honda and decided to go for a test ride but I had my Yorkie with me . Sean held Kat Sean Geyer was just the best! I was in for a oil change on my 2008 Honda and decided to go for a test ride but I had my Yorkie with me . Sean held Katy and off we went. About a month later, I still had a thought about new Civic , I was just walking around lot and looking and recognized Sean walking in lot too. Off we went again for a drive and that is how you buy a car. Sometimes you are not decided but a calm , no pressure salesperson works really well. Sean was helpful on all phases and a really pleasant person to be around. Hope he is there next time I want a Honda. P. S. now just work on that warranty experience , which was not a good feeling . It was the last step but was very unsettling. not a Honda experience. That needs a different approach. The rest of Honda people I dealt with were truly terrific! That is why I came back to Honda North. More

Upgraded out of the mom vehicle to a 2018 Honda Accord Touring and absolutely love it. Lots of room and power in a beautifully designed car. Sean was great to work with. I’ve never had a bad experience with purchasing or servicing my vehicles at Honda North, and I have piece of mind that I’m buying a vehicle that will last me many, many years. More

Informative, speedy, and caring! I was greeted by Wilter, who showed me a beautiful, white, Civic EX. He was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me how things worked. I was needing a new car and because I had bought a new Civic in 2000, had it for 12 years and it logged 267,000 miles, I already felt comfortable using Honda North. Wilter assisted me in getting familiar with the car and I really felt this was the one I wanted. Easy to work with The best new car buying experiences I have had over my 70 years. The sales person, Lily, was attentive, without being intrusive and answered or found The best new car buying experiences I have had over my 70 years. The sales person, Lily, was attentive, without being intrusive and answered or found out the answer to all my questions. She did not rush me through the purchase. When she had another customer, she still managed to touch base while I was waiting. Even after a long, hectic day, the business person, Stephanie, treated me kindly and with a human touch. The only disappointment was that the dealership could not find a Honda Clarity in the color I choose; so, I had to go with a second choice of colors. Apparently, there are not many Clarities around as compared to Accords or CR-V's. The only defect I have found so far in the vehicle was the presence of some small scratches on the outside paint (that can be brushed out), which I assume was due to running it through a car wash before delivery. More
