I came to the dealership to order a new car with Steve. He told me more than once that the only difference between my current car and the new car is a sunroof. I ordered the car. Turns out it did not come with Sirius XM or the safety feature that gives notice of cars next to you or behind you. The aftermarket Sirius XM radio requires reaching to the dash instead of using the safer thumb control to change channels. Matt the manager won't return my call. I would have ordered these 2 options to be added to the care if I had been told that they were not included. I'm very disappointed in Steve's casual manner and lack of knowledge of his product. I gave the management a full chance to give me the car that I was promised. Now, it's been enough time that I know they will not help me, so I wrote a review to make other prospective customers aware of their practices. More

They subsequently add vague "market adjustments" on top of the price, and even added a "surface science" surcharge, claiming it protects exterior and fabric. The FABRIC protection surcharge was required despite the quote being for a LEATHER upholstered Civic. Go to Great Lakes Akron or Matthews Marion if you're looking to pay sticker without markups. Go to Ganley or Cleveland Heights Honda if you want a lesser market adjustment than Sunnyside's. The only Honda dealer with higher prices in the area is Great Lakes West/Elyria, based on my online quotes. You'll overpay by thousands at both. More

Don’t waste your time. They take walk in without an appointment for oil changes an let people wait with no problem. But if you try and drop your car off for the same thing an pick it up the next day i appointment for oil changes an let people wait with no problem.
