Everyone was so kind and did not act rushed rude or frazzled. The vibe was so nice and comfortable. The staff made me feel listened to and cared for. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into anything I didn’t want. They took great care of the car they sold me. I got a booklet with all the special things they took care of with the used car to ensure I was getting a great quality and safe feeling vehicle. I really loved that they replaced the breaks among several other things to make the cat feel brand new. The car looked and drove like it had zero miles on it. I couldn’t love middleburg heights Honda more. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Way to be miles above your competition!!! I’m a very happy customer. More
