First positive car dealer experience ever! Ryan was great to work with, I did some of the leg work upfront on my wife's minivan as we have 2 little kids and didn't want them running around the Ryan was great to work with, I did some of the leg work upfront on my wife's minivan as we have 2 little kids and didn't want them running around the dealership all day. We had a unique situation and Ryan worked with us to get the deal done. He said needs to be signed today with it being last day of the month....come back and we will have you out in an hour. My wife was skeptical and when we walked in and saw a ton of people at the dealership she thought no way. Ryan was true to his word and Luke in fiance was awesome too, They had my family out of there in an hour with smiles on our faces and a new van, Can't thank you enough. It was a great experience and I will keep coming back. More

Great price, good service, long wait time Really aggressive pricing on a brand new 2016 Odyssey EX-L. Was very happy with our purchase, and the staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. T Really aggressive pricing on a brand new 2016 Odyssey EX-L. Was very happy with our purchase, and the staff all seemed very friendly and helpful. The process was mostly hassle-free, though we did end up being at the dealership for almost five hours (9:45 AM-3:30 PM) through lunch with no food provided or readily available. This is obviously not something that a dealership is obligated to take care of, but it would have been a well-received gesture, especially for a young family who is making a new car purchase and somewhat locked into staying put for an extended amount of time. We have a three year old, so things got a little dicey towards the end. This is perhaps something the team could be a bit more attentive to. We found a few scuffs/scratches on trim pieces when we were getting ready to leave. Both Ray and David were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. We do have to bring the vehicle back to have the pieces swapped out, which is a minor annoyance, but I was grateful for their eager assistance. Despite the long wait I was very happy with the process. In the day or two following the purchase the team has been super responsive to a number of questions and requests. I would definitely recommend Honda on Grand. More
