My friend had a happy dealing experience with Jerry Mio I think that the zero rates (0%) will be very high review rate to salesman Ryan Schweikhofer. My friend had a happy dealing experience with Jerry Mioduszewski at Honda on Grand and recommended me to contact with Jerry. Ryan answered to me with mistaking information when I required Jerry to send me an email about my 2017 Honda pilot AWD EX or EX-L purchase. Ryan emailed to me with “My name is Ryan Schweikhofer. I am the Internet Sales Consultant here at Honda on Grand. Thank you for your interest in our dealership as well as the Honda product. I received your request for a 2017 Honda pilot. Below is your current pricing information. NO games, NO gimmicks, NO accessories, only straight forward pricing!! 2017 Honda pilot Touring AWD, List Price: $44,370, Sale Price: $42,124.” Here, firstly he is not my looking salesman Jerry; Ryan got the business without his coworker Jerry's permission. And I think he gave me (1) TOURING quoted price what was not my requirement with EX and EX-L prices and (2) “NO games, NO gimmicks” – I was happy to have these words during our deal procedure. The more surprising me is that he always replied my questions with the following formatting email: “Dear, XXX, I wanted to thank you again for inquiring about our 2017 Honda pilot. I e-mailed you and just wanted to see if you had any questions about the vehicle or if you would like to schedule a test drive. Please either call or e-mail me. Thank you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you.” I did not want to have further contact with Ryan when I was aware of that Ryan is not good salesman for my vehicle purchase. Ryan sent me an email with “I just wanted to see if your still in the market for a 2017 Honda pilot. We have recently adjusted our prices and I want to make sure you have our current pricing. If you have already purchased a vehicle please let me know so I can remove you from the contact list. If you are still in the market, please let me know so I can provide you with my most current pricing.” I still want to contact with my original recommended Jerry after I looked out that Ryan is always playing games and gimmicks with me. But Ryan says “NO” to me and requires me “Please remove our name from your contact list” in the case that he does not get Jerry’s agreement. So I think that the Honda on Grand dealer is hiring a dishonorable salesman with “Low Price Leader” title who likes very much to play games and gimmicks with their customers/purchasers. My vehicle purchase will end up with Honda On Grand. My reviewing purpose is to be aware careful of many games and gimmicks to coming purchaser at Honda On Grand. More
