The only very minor thing that bothered me was that there was the widely advertised "Honda Summer Clearance Event", going on with signs all over their CR-V inside the dealership. I just found this a little misleading, since I was told that this model was not actually part of the clearance event. Other than that, I feel like I was able to negotiate a pretty good deal, and I would certainly recommend Ryan and this dealership to other people. More

My wife and I dealt with Jesus Esparza who was strait forward, honest, friendly, helpful and just a good guy who knows that he'll sell ten cars verses two being the way he was yesterday. The dealership was a little noisy with music playing that made us wanna put our mouths on an exhaust pipe and start the car, but other than that it was what a car buying experience should be everywhere! Honestly just very happy. I will be returning for any new or used car purchase and will suggest this dealer to friends and family based on yesterday. More

Beware Had a terrible experience. Over 15 years I've bought 6 cars, never met a finance guy like Mario. Ryan the sales guy was very cordial (though he didn' Had a terrible experience. Over 15 years I've bought 6 cars, never met a finance guy like Mario. Ryan the sales guy was very cordial (though he didn't offer us water/coffee etc). He offered us a good internet price, so we went in to buy today (8/19/2015). And we got Mario for the finance part. This guy had the audacity to ask us to sign financial agreement without telling us zilch of what the deal was. "Hey, can you tell me what I'm signing?" "That's the bank agreement", was his reply. "And at what rate?" "Standard 3.9%". I explained to him that Ryan had told us the finance rate depended on our credit rating, and our rating is way over the top. He didn't bat an eyelid, "What rate are you looking for, I can get you 2.9%". We just walked out the door. This guy will bring this dealership down. More
