I know I got the best price, having searched other dealerships and I went in pre-approved from my credit union with a rate so good that Matt in financing didn't believe it. Matt was very rude, arrogant and even looked away when he shook my hand to meet me for the first time. I was appalled by the arrogance. Being a Realtor and having 25 years experience in customer service that is NOT how anyone let alone a customer should be treated. He ran my credit despite me telling him that he could not get me a better rate and I was right. He came back with an interest rate 3% higher than what I was getting through my credit union and explained the numbers to me like he thought I would actually consider taking that offer. He should have just said "sorry, we were not able to match your rate" and not waste is breath, it was a complete joke. If it weren't for Sam I would have walked out of there that is the ONLY reason why I would recommend this dealership and I would ONLY recommend Sam Syed. More

I have NEVER experienced a dealership like this. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Drove 4 1/2 Hours round trip to look at a car. Very positive experience purchasing a new car here I ran a competitive bid process for a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L V6. Went out to seven Chicago area Honda dealers with the bid and Jerry at Honda on Gran I ran a competitive bid process for a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L V6. Went out to seven Chicago area Honda dealers with the bid and Jerry at Honda on Grand came in with the best OTD offer initially out of all seven. He was also the first to respond. I sent the bid out in the morning and then in the afternoon after I had collected the bids I introduced the new wrinkle of wanting to trade in a 2009 Odyssey minivan. I had obtained a value benchmark on the minivan from Edmunds and Jerry was a straight shooter and did not over-promise anything in terms of trade in value until he was able to see the vehicle. After I had another dealer get aggressive with the trade in value, I gave Jerry the chance to match the other dealer's offer which he did and I closed the deal with Honda on Grand that evening. In general I found working with Honda on Grand to be very professional and straightforward. I will also say that using DealerRater proved to be a very effective way to identify the higher caliber dealerships that I would want to consider buying from and also getting service from. More
