Mr. Swanson works very efficiently and friendly with his customers. When asked for a quote on a CRV-LX, I got it immediately. When I came to visit your dealership, Bob waited right at the door and guided me customers. When asked for a quote on a CRV-LX, I got it immediately. When I came to visit your dealership, Bob waited right at the door and guided me in. He answered all my questions with professional knowledge, and agreed to let me have a test drive on highway. With his professional and friendly help, as a customer, I feel good and I had no choice but buying a car with your dealership. After I bought my car, he is still trying his best to help me continuously. I am sure, with employees like Bob, your dealership will be very competitive, and serve more customers! Thanks to Bob again! One more thing, Bob is very honest, he wrote me that there would be a destination fee included. More

He was very personable, on top of keeping us informed of when availability on the model of Honda we were interested in was ready, and helped us get our vehicle within our price range. We would recommend him to anyone we know who is interested in purchasing a new Honda vehicle. We also were dealing with O'Hare Honda as they were part of the Costco car program and at this time, still haven't heard back from them about the availabilty of the car we are NOW driving. Thanks to Keith, we are new Honda owners! Thank you, Sincerely, Denise and Bob Irons (happy new CR-V owners) More
Bob was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he was not pushy, but I still felt a sense that he was going to help make the deal happen. that he was not pushy, but I still felt a sense that he was going to help make the deal happen. More
I live in Indianapolis and found a used 2002 Lexis on Honda on Grand's web page. I called and talked to someone and said I would like to see it and buy it if how they presented it on the web site was ac Honda on Grand's web page. I called and talked to someone and said I would like to see it and buy it if how they presented it on the web site was accurate. My wife and I drove up at noon on Saturday and they had it in perfect condition. I am 58 years old and this is one of a couple of dozen used cars I have purchased over the years. This is absolutely the cleanest, best running care over 2 years old i have ever seen. It runs like a dream and smells like new! (The previous car I bought from an individual, very nice guy, smelled like dogs with a hint of jock strap. I will definitely check out Honda on Grand before I buy any car. Great place to buy a car! Khoa Pham (KP) was excellent. He was helpful, cooperative and respectful. If my friends or family were buying a Honda, I would recommend Honda on Grand and tell them to ask specifically for KP. cooperative and respectful. If my friends or family were buying a Honda, I would recommend Honda on Grand and tell them to ask specifically for KP. I was a bit ticked off when I learned that KP would have to share the sales commission with another salseman named Bob Swanson. Mr. Swanson sent me an email that I never read after I made an on line inquiry. I never met Mr. Swanson and I never spoke with him on the phone. KP spent a few hours with us and made the whole experience better than its usual awful. I am sure Mr. Swanson is a good person, but he should not benefit from KP's excellent work. I am a 3 time Honda on Grand buyer. If I were to come back and hear that KP was at a different Honda location, I would take my business to that dealer. That is how strongly I feel that KP should not have to share the sale. More

We have to pick up the car next day due to a minor repairing. To make a story short, my wife does not felt that she wants this car. Then I Called Matt who works in a finance department that we want to back out the deal for this car. I thought that I am going to have a hard time with Matt and Carl who is a sale manager, I think. I am dead wrong. I was notified that Matt has informed Carl about our situation. When I was there they said they just want us to be happy. They just cancel the deal and gave me back $5000 down payment within one-half hour. It is hard to find a car dealer like this: MAKE A DEAL AND CANCEL IT. That happens to me on Monday, 7/25/2011. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH AND GOD BLESS THEM. Pracha Paramadilok More
Sam was very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't too pushy and listened to my needs instead of trying to push anything I might not have wanted/needed. At first, when we were l looking for. He wasn't too pushy and listened to my needs instead of trying to push anything I might not have wanted/needed. At first, when we were looking for something used, he was accommodating, but we ended up buying new anyway! Thanks, Sam. More

Full disclosure: Went in to purchase the Honda Fit, knew exactly what I wanted from mass amounts of Internet research. Jerry was helpful and efficient. Jerry was nice from start to finish and we were able to meet a fair price on the new car and my trade-in. WHAT I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING: We worked with Matt in financing. I will try to keep my personal opinion of Matt out of my review, but let me say from first impressions, I was not impressed and found him to be evasive and sneaky. The banks were closed when we walked into Matt's office. Matt presented us with an offer that I would not even begin to entertain. We got the "going out on a limb for you" line and he came back with a Honda financed offer. I accepted with the knowledge that he would check with the banks in the morning and I would return to the dealership to sign final papers after the best APR was located. Matt informed us that to take the Honda financed offer we would have to purchased the GAP insurance, and the 100,000 mile warranty. This added $3,000 to the total priced. I agreed. The next day Matt called and said to come back in, he had good news. When I asked Matt who was offering the best financing, he would not answer directly. He said he was "still working on it" with his Honda rep and he would have all the details for me when I came to the dealership. Odd. So my husband called Matt and asked for the specific details, and Matt would not say which bank was offering the financing or the APR amount. I get to the dealership and Bank of America was offering the best rate. So we signed the paper work etc. HERES THE PROBLEM: I am not stupid. I know Matt made money off of the sale by getting me to purchase the GAP insurance and Honda warranty. He would not tell me the final details of the financing because I could have said, remove the warranty and GAP insurance as we are no longer financing through Honda. Matt is very transparent, and what makes it even worse is that he could have been forthright and honest, and I still would have purchased the GAP insurance. MY ADVICE TO YOU: know that the real money is made in the financing office. Even if you are tired or just want the process to be over, hold strong to your final offer. I should have left the Fit at the dealership overnight and said I would come back in the AM once the banks were open and could respond. FINAL THOUGHTS: I liked Jerry our salesman but not enough to overcome the distaste for Matt. We are a young couple that has just started our journey into kid friendly cars, and will be purchasing a lot of vehicles in the years to come. Honda on Grand, and more specifically Matt, did not see the big picture and was willing to lose a lifetime of our business for $3,000. That's a pretty cheap price to sell your scruples. More
Went in on Saturday to look at a car that was shown on cars.com for my daughter. When the decision was made to purchase the financing department said it was too late in the day to contact the banks for a cars.com for my daughter. When the decision was made to purchase the financing department said it was too late in the day to contact the banks for approval. We made arangements to have them send the application first thing Monday morning and to call with the results. No call, no info. Called Monday at 1 with no answer they said they would call back at 4. There was no call until 5pm with the news the car was sold because financing forgot to send in the application and another sales person sold the car bacause it was not marked as on hold for approval.
