Scheduled oil change, waited almost 2 hrs for car to be done. Oil change was completed improperly, oil pan lug nut not properly tightened. Oil was leaking on driveway and garage floor. Upon entering service area 45” early for 10 am appointment my attending service rep did not welcome me only tried to influence me too leave saying they were busy and wait would be long. He failed to make any eye contact nor smile. Also tried to up sale a tire rotation. Also he neglected to give me the wash ticket. This service department is not friendly at all in any way. They don’t invite or welcome business which makes me beleive they do not value customers More
