Scheduled oil change, waited almost 2 hrs for car to be done. Oil change was completed improperly, oil pan lug nut not properly tightened. Oil was leaking on driveway and garage floor. After adding a quart done. Oil change was completed improperly, oil pan lug nut not properly tightened. Oil was leaking on driveway and garage floor. After adding a quart of oil went back to Grand Honda to fix the oil change. Not happy with the service, from loyal customer that serviced vehicle there since new purchase. More
Upon entering service area 45” early for 10 am appointment my attending service rep did not welcome me only tried to influence me too leave saying they were busy and wait would be long. Not the appointment my attending service rep did not welcome me only tried to influence me too leave saying they were busy and wait would be long. Not the way to keep an customer. He failed to make any eye contact nor smile. Also tried to up sale a tire rotation. Also he neglected to give me the wash ticket. This service department is not friendly at all in any way. They don’t invite or welcome business which makes me beleive they do not value customers More
