The job got done, kind of. The people and the guy I dealt with was terrible. Terrible customer service. His dialog was always accusatory or like I was inconveniencing him because of how busy they were. I was with was terrible. Terrible customer service. Initially he told me he’d call me in 1-2hrs. I waited three and followed up myself. Anything further that took place and any other conversation I felt like I was bothering the guy. Most of the staff except one was very short and seemed like they were all just having bad days every time I interacted with someone over the five days they had my car. Next the following morning my car was dead. Come to realize they switched my lights off auto so my lights were left on all day and night and my battery died and I had to jump my car. Lastly, my phone connection is no longer working. I connect my phone and it disconnects after about 5 seconds. Now dreading having to deal with them again. More

Brought car in while still under warranty as battery was dead. The battery was replaced immediately and Brolin was great with his service - everyone there was very professional and quick. Brought car in because would take at least ten tries to start car. First told that battery was weak, then told battery was fine, then told there was some electrical leak and then told car was fine. Supposedly car is fine. Next day when took car out became stranded with toddler due to car not being able to start. Does that normally happen to a car that is told is fine? Luckily was able to get it jumpstarted,but found out that the Honda dealership also damaged the hood release. Now not only does the car not work,but the hood release is broken. Nice job, Honda! Now my husband has to go back into the service dept. during a pandemic and risk subjecting himself further to covid. Also, the courtesy car that they loaned us was not properly cleaned out and even had someone else's mail in it. Unacceptable as there is a deadly virus going around and Honda can't take the extra steps to throughly clean out a car. I need reliable service and not to drive in a car with fear that I will become stranded somewhere with my toddler. More
