The check engine light went on and the car’s system said it was an emissions problem and to take it to the dealer. Even though I didn’t have have an appointment they took my car in right away and diagnosed it was an emissions problem and to take it to the dealer. Service advisor David was awesome, but whoever was the service technician doing the oil change didn’t do so great, I know accidents happen but fix your mistakes don’t let the customer drive off without hi service technician doing the oil change didn’t do so great, I know accidents happen but fix your mistakes don’t let the customer drive off without him knowing. I decided to check the engine and I see the air filter clip is missing. I had to drive back to resolve the issue. Good thing I was close by. Now that I got home I notice another mistake the oil cap is chipped. Makes me wonder if the technician changed the oil now…. Very disappointed with this Honda location. I’ll have to call one of these days and drive back so I can get a new oil filter cap. More

Dave made my appointment for 10:30am and told me it would be under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation on my CRV. I said I could not come back again. After that, my car was done in about 25 minutes, which made me wonder if they even did the tire rotation, but hey, I got $10 dollars off for my inconvenience. Pfff. What a joke. More

Oil cap was left off after an oil change resulting in oil getting all over my engine. However, the Dealership was understanding and redid the oil change, cleaned up the mess, and provided me with a future fr getting all over my engine.
