The staff in the service area is not the issue. However, I did have to request a reminder sticker for my window after the oil change and tire rotation was complete as well as verify the tire press However, I did have to request a reminder sticker for my window after the oil change and tire rotation was complete as well as verify the tire pressure was correct whereas I had to fix the tire pressure last visit. COMPLAINT: I purchased a brand new 2025 Honda CRV last year. Added the extra warranty and paint/tire/tow package. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation (27k miles). I need new tires?! $1100 Honda offers. I have never heard of such a thing! Tires SHOULD last 60k at least! I talk with the service manager. He claims the TIRE MANUFACTURER puts soft rubber tires on the vehicles to quiet the ride which also means the noise of GOOD tires is entirely different. What a disappointment the dealerships are purposely scamming customers to have to buy tires a year after they purchase a new vehicle. VERY DISAPPOINTING! This impacts whether customers will return.
