I was contacted by Matt, who offered to end my lease early. I was happy to do it as I was having an issue with the tires on my 2024 Honda HR-V. Matt and James took great care of me. I agreed to end m early. I was happy to do it as I was having an issue with the tires on my 2024 Honda HR-V. Matt and James took great care of me. I agreed to end my lease and began a new one on the 2027 HR-V which has better features. I now have a navigation system, which I didn't have on the 2024. Matt went out of his way to get me the same color, as I wasn't willing to give that up! After going back and forth with my husband (he's a great negotiator) to get the best deal with James, I walked away with a brand new lease and saved close to $40 on my monthly payment! That's a tankful of gas! My Geico insurance also went down. I'd call that a Win-win!!! James and Matt got me out of a bad situation and I couldn't be happier! I leased my 2024 at Peters in Nashua and had a terrible experience. From now on, I'll go to Stratham!! Everyone there is super-friendly. Matt treated me like a friend and was very easy to get in touch with whenever I had a question or concern. He always answered his phone! Very professional. More

I called because the online price was very low, but after texting the internet sales team and getting a quote, I saw it was higher than advertised. No one ever mentioned it was a mistake (or there was an err texting the internet sales team and getting a quote, I saw it was higher than advertised. No one ever mentioned it was a mistake (or there was an error in a new system being implemented), which should’ve been made clear from the start since they knew about it. I brought it up again at the dealership and got the same response. Matt was friendly at first, but when it came to negotiating, he became pretty belligerent. I could handle him pushing me to give more, but didn't appreciate his comments when I did some over-the-phone consulting with my wife—strike two. I only hung in there because of the reasonable price; I think most people would have walked. When I picked up my truck a couple of days later, he didn’t bother going over anything about it—strike three. Luckily, I’d had a 2023 Ridgeline before, so I was already somewhat familiar. Needless to say, not the greatest experience I've had in buying a new vehicle. P.S. That was the only vehicle with an error. I work the back end (website and social media) at a business, and any internet errors are immediately corrected and acknowledged. More
