I purhcased a 2006 honda civic from them new. They asked me to sign blank contracts, hahaha. The next day I tried to get out of the deal because I realized I had gotten screwed. They told me they had already taken my trade in to the auction (it was also a 2006, it didn't go to the auction). The sales manager dave was a complete scumbag. When i told him what my problem was and that i either wanted to re-negotiate numbers or i wanted my car back he told me and i quote - We have deep pockets so you can exercise any option you would like, im not giving you your car back. Meanwhile this car wasn't even registered yet. no inspection sticker no nothing. Then General manager bob than came over and acted like a pompous you know what. To make a long story short i contacted the owner directly who is ray ciccola and told him my situation, he then told me he would give me $1,000. That was the discrepancy i was arguing to begin with. The entire place with the exception of edwin cifuentes is the most arrogant rude unproffesional placed ive ever done business with. ABSOLUTELY NOT IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! More

Bob Levinson, who is the sales manager at Honda Village is the most knowledgeable, pleasant and professional person we have ever met in the automoble business. He is a wonderful role model for those who want to have integrity, honesty and fairness in business dealings. Zac helped in the trial run of the Honda Accord Xl and informed us about how things worked and all the special acoutrements. A delightful and earnest young man. After we decided to purchase the car and inquired about extended warranties, we had comparative information from Dan. He was very helpful in our deciding which package to purchase. We have never enjoyed purchasing a car as much as we did yesterday. Today, we had the joy of riding home in our new car, feeling great about our selection and the staff that helped us in doing so. Honda Village does business in the fair-minded, respectful, helpful and pleasant way my father and brothers always did. They are a wonderful role model for all businesses. We highly recommend them to our family and friends. Be sure to have the pleasure of meeting Bob Levinson. The entire staff is superb and this goes from the top down. They have renewed our faith in doing business today. More
I had a very good experience, overall. Customer service was very good. The only thing I would recommend is that Honda Village should arrange getting a car inspection completed before the customer picks was very good. This was not done when I picked up my brand new CRV and it would have been easier if Honda arranged it beforehand. More
I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Accord at Honda Village in Newton, MA. This was my fourth Honda new car purchase. The last three Honda's were purchased at Honda Village. The staff are very curteous, patient and don't apply any "pressure" on the customer to purchase immediately. I also have my cars serviced in Honda Village's Service Dept. I find the staff there also very curteous and they give you a complete description of any mechanical problems and how they are going to be fixed. I have recommended family and friends to Honda Village and they too were very pleased with the service. More
HORRIBLE experience at Honda Village. The sales people were nice but very inexperienced. I was told about many features in the car that I later learned only existed on newer and higher priced models. It's the managers and people who work on the financing that are terrible. After being mislead about my monthly payment and interest rate, I signed the papers and gave a check for the down payment. I went to talk to the financial manager and was told I would not be able to use my own financing and was pressured into signing papers for a car I could no longer afford. I told him that I no longer wanted to purchase the car and was told I had no choice. At this point I was crying in the office and arguing for over and hour. The manager continued to insult and berate me (called me "sweetie")and told me I was "completely naive about the entire process." I ended up leaving in tears, getting home and immediately cancelling the check. Every time I called the office to work out this problem, I was given a different manager and a different set of answers. Terrible, terrible experience. Completely unprofessional.Stay away! I ended up purchasing a car at Prime Honda in West Roxbury through Andrew who was wonderful! At many other dealerships I visited in the Boston area, they had all heard similar horror stories about Honda Village. More
What a fantastic experience. I purchased a brand new 2008 Accord EX from Honda Village and had the best car buying experience in my life. They had an extremely inviting atmosphere and were very accomidating to my needs. My salesman was fantastic as he listened to my concerns and clearly knew about the vehicle that I was interested in. I financed through Honda which was very easy. I shopped the other dealerships around here including Bernardi, Boch and Herb Chambers, but Honda Village provided the best value for my $$. I met the service manager Tony and was impressed with their attention to me. Thank you Honda Village for such a great experience! This dealership is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++! More
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership the people and salesman were kind, answered all of my questions and I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. I went to Honda village in Newton, left a deposit on a pre owned car. When I got home I thought about it and realized I did not want the car, because it was not goin to fit my budget.So I tried to get my pre owned car. When I got home I thought about it and realized I did not want the car, because it was not goin to fit my budget.So I tried to get my deposit back, and they said it was too late. However the car I was purchasing was never registered, the sales contract says I have 48 hours to back out of the deal and they had not seen my trade yet to fnalize the deal. After several calls nobody returned my phone calls so I went to Honda Village myself and had to argue for 30 min before they finally said they would cut me a check. The mgr's are very unprofessional and I overheard a couple of them speaking and cussing about another customer who was also in the showroom at the time. My brother also has a business and was going to buy 5 new cars in a couple months from their, but I will make sure that he takes his business elsewhere. I can see why this dealership has a bad reputation only reason I went is because its 5 minutes from me. More
