I went into Honda West looking at a specific vehicle. I was prepared with my trade in value and the value of comparable cars in the immedicate area. My saleman was Randy and he did a very good job. When it came to money again I was prepared. I wanted to pay cash. Everyone I dealt with was very accomoidating.. They of course wanted to add a few extra charges like all dealerships but I was able to say no on some and others I accepted. The process of the entire time was a few hours. The next day I wanted to remove an item on the car that I changed my mind about. I went to the dealer and spoke with James, used car manager. I was very calm and ready to eat the extra cost but he was most accomidating and said they would remove the item and refund the charge for it. Well that was unexpected but it did happen. All in all it took only about four hours to drive away in my preowned vehicle. I do believe they were happy with the deal and I was too. My experience there was really five stars. More

This dealership was amazing! I leased a new Honda CRV, turned in a Leased vehicle. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I have never had such amazing customer service.
