Absolutely Awesome My AC went out on my Civic and David took care of me and everything else from ordering the part to getting in contact with my warranty service to gett My AC went out on my Civic and David took care of me and everything else from ordering the part to getting in contact with my warranty service to getting me into a rental while the car is in the shop. Check windshield wiper reservoir leaking The service person I think Dave ? Took a bottle of water and put it in the reservoir to make sure it was really leaking or did I some how imagine that The service person I think Dave ? Maybe I should of took a picture of the leak that now has stained my garage . Anyway I left it there all day just so they could order the part and would need to come back in again to have it replaced in a couple of weeks . When I picked up the vehicle Dave told me oh we changed your oil ! I said I just had it changed by you all two weeks ago ! He responded oh yea I’m not sure why they did it I guess the person did not reset the information? This dealership has really gone down hill over the last two years . I used to brag about the 15 min oil changes to my friends and now they take more than a hour. They used to always wash my car after any service and the last three times I have had it in no car washes at all. More

dead battery our battery died after 27 months on our 2015 Accord, we were told to change the brake fluid, it was then discovered that front and rear brakes should our battery died after 27 months on our 2015 Accord, we were told to change the brake fluid, it was then discovered that front and rear brakes should be changed. The work took 4 1/2 hours. our mileage was 43000 miles. While waiting, we were amazed at the mass of vehicles in line to be serviced all morning long, unbelievable!!! More

LOVE my used Honda CR-V!!!! BIG thank you to service person CJ, I asked lots of questions and he was super helpful! Ideas to make the service experience better. When trying to get an idea over the phone of how much it would cost to replace my battery Victoria told me the "Service fee" is $12. and suggested I talk to Parts to get an idea of their fee. Total came to $126 and that is what I budgeted for. When I rolled into the service bay I was told the "complete" price was over $150. Ouch!!!! When I went to pay Galya had a long line waiting with several employees behind her sitting with their heads down. I asked if they could help and was informed she was the only one on the team who could handle payments. 7 minute wait . . . Ouch!!!! When I got my car back CJ was showing me something under the hood (I've never looked under the hood before) and found a thick pile of leaves close to the windshield on either side. I asked why service did not remove them and was told it was not on their "service list". Ouch!!!!! More

Customer focused My 2017 CR-V required service to replace a broken shifter button. I was told over the phone the repair would take 3 hours. I planned on dropping my My 2017 CR-V required service to replace a broken shifter button. I was told over the phone the repair would take 3 hours. I planned on dropping my car off the following morning and taking the dealership shuttle to work. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by Kenny in Service. I told him I needed to catch the shuttle at 8am so I'm in a hurry. He said, well what if I could get your car in now and be done in less than an hour and a half. You can just wait for it. I was skeptical that they could pull it off knowing I was told it was a 3 hour job. I agreed to wait for them to fix it and 55 minutes later Kenny pulls up in my clean car washed car and said we're done, you're ready go here's your keys. I'm never happy when I get service from a dealer but this definitely exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, Kenny and Honda West did an outstanding job and I highly recommend their services. More
