Service Dept I had nice experience at the service dept. Rodrigo was very nice and it only took about 45 for my first oil change, which was free. very professional I went to Honda to see if I wanted a new Honda CRV..My CRV was 10 years old, and I wanted to upgrade many features, that were not present in my car. I I went to Honda to see if I wanted a new Honda CRV..My CRV was 10 years old, and I wanted to upgrade many features, that were not present in my car. I spoke to Jarek, and he went with son and myself, to check the cars that were in the lot. I never felt pressured, by any sales tactics. I wanted a dark interior in my new car, and very few CRVs came with that color choice. There were no cars on the lot, and Jarek told me he would see if he could find another dealership that had the one I wanted. He called me a few days later, and told me he found one. I went to Honda West and left a deposit on the car, which I was told was fully refundable, if I didn't like the car. When the car came in, a few days later, i went back to the dealership.. Again Jarek went through the features on this car. I decided to purchase this Crv. The reason i went to this dealership was because my friend purchased her CRV a few years ago, and has always had a very positive experience. More
