Great Service Everyone I had contact with from the person who helped me make my appointment on the phone, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver who drove Everyone I had contact with from the person who helped me make my appointment on the phone, to the service consultant, to the shuttle driver who drove me home and picked me up was friendly, responsive and eager to please. The only thing in hindsight that was unusual was my bill. On it was an environmental compliance charge. I have seen such a charge on other auto service bills, but only if parts and/or fluids were removed from the vehicle. In my situation, to the best of my knowledge, no fluids or parts were removed or replaced. However, the charge was only $9.68. More

Service center preps new car My wife and I were looking for a new car, in the smaller SUV class. Upon entering the showroom, we were met by David Yang who showed us the Honda CRV My wife and I were looking for a new car, in the smaller SUV class. Upon entering the showroom, we were met by David Yang who showed us the Honda CRV which was on our list of SUVs we were interested in. David showed us the features, we went on a test drive, and we decided that the CRV would be a good choice, but we wanted to look at small SUVs from other companies also. After looking at several competing vehicles we returned to Herb Chambers to buy the Honda CRV. The dealership did a great job of having the car ready to drive away the following day. Both during the initial visit, and later during vehicle pickup, David did a great job of showing the Honda CRV features and explaining those that were not present on cars when we last purchased a Honda Civic 8 years ago. More
