I brought my Honda Pilot in for service after hitting a curb and tearing the sidewall of the tire and damaging the rim. When I leased the car I purchased the tire and rim protection plan. Tony Ngo took care of everything with the insurance company, completing the claim and following up with them several times to receive authorization to complete the work. The whole process dragged on far too long to no fault of Tony's or Herb Chambers. In the end the tire and rim were both replaced and covered by the protection plan. Tony was great keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Many thanks to Tony and the Herb Chambers crew. More
I absolutely love this dealership!! I am sad I moved out of state and can't make it there for service. I bought my first vehicle from them in 2005 and when I was ready for my next one I came back because th of state and can't make it there for service. This is a good story ... so bear with me for it is not a short one. I recently received a recall notice on my Odyssey van. Herb Chambers took care of it efficiently and advised me to take care of my tires short one. I recently received a recall notice on my Odyssey van. Herb Chambers took care of it efficiently and advised me to take care of my tires and brakes which I knew to be good advice and for which I was guilty of procrastinating. They did the work very much to my satisfaction and charged a fair price. All good so far. A few days later I received a call from Conor (?) letting me know that Odysseys were in high demand and that they would apply the total repair bill towards a trade-in if I should decide to deal. It just so happened that my wife's 14 year old Audi was showing severe signs of aging so the visit made sense. Mark showed Sandy a gorgeous 2010 Accord got the price down to our range and a deal looked to be done. That's when the wheels came off, pun intended. Evidently the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing and the Used Car Manager evidently would not approve Conor's original offer. That was enough to sour me on what was otherwise a very positive experience. And so I wrote up my experience on this very page. And it pretty much would have ended there had not Matt, one of the managers, been reading these reviews ... so rest assured that if you write it, they will read it! So in a matter of a few hours after having posted my review, honestly raving about the excellent service at HC, and being critical, but fair, about an unfortunate communication gap, Matt was leaving no stone unturned in getting to the bottom of the problem and fixing it, saving the deal. And now for the entertaining part ... exactly when Matt called, my sister, on my advice, had brought her Fit in for some service to Herb Chambers. I joked with Matt that he must be calling to say what a great time he was having bonding with Pam. Of course he had no clue what I was talking about and when I filled him in, he saw an opportunity too good to pass up. From that moment on, Pam was treated like Royalty and could not begin to understand why! :-) She now swears she will drive down from Concord N.H. to have her car worked on whenever necessary at Herb Chambers in Westboro. And I will not soon forget how all the people I met (never did meet the Used Car Manager), both before and after the deal was made, broken and remade, bent over backwards to treat my wife, my sister and myself the way a customer ought to be treated. I live over an hour away from this dealership, and literally drove by 2 or 3 other Honda dealers to get here, but its well worth it. I recently had a recall service experience with Herb Chambers. They did a very good job and made the case that I needed some service work which I agreed to and am very happy with. A few days later they called to say that the total cost of the repairs would be reimbursed if I brought my Odyssey in and wound up trading it in for a new/used car. Worth a trip. The experience played itself out and it appeared my wife would be getting a nice, recent Accord to replace the Van. Until it came time to actually factor in the reimbursed service bill. At this point the wheels came off, pun intended, and the used car management balked at honoring the agreement that had me there in the first place. So now it is down the road to see what Bernardi's has to offer. For service, Herb Chambers is still my contented choice. For buying a new/used car, not so much. More
I have never been a fan of dealerships and never placed much trust in them. When it came time for a new car I visited Herb Chambers Honda because I had heard such great things about them. Norman really cha much trust in them. When it came time for a new car I visited Herb Chambers Honda because I had heard such great things about them. Norman really changed my whole perception of the car-buying process. No pressure was applied at any point trying to sell extra services or useless items. I was given what I needed and ASKED if there was anything else they could do. During the process there were a few bumps in the road obtaining the title to the vehicle as it was used and a Hyundai (this was in no way the fault of this dealership). This issue could have made the process painful but Norman was able to hook me up with a rental car, free of charge, until the title came in so that I did not have to drive the car I was trading in any longer. Norman and Herb Chambers Honda bent over backwards for me and I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them in future efforts to buy vehicles. More

He went out of his way to help fix all the creaks and moans in 'mystery squeal' identified.Tony was very attentive and had my best interest in mind. He went out of his way to help fix all the creaks and moans in my 14 year old civic. Another problem was found with my transmission and Tony explained all the possible scenarios and costs associated with it. Luckily, a fluid change solved the problem. A possible cause for the squeal was identified by a tech and worked on, but unfortunately it is still with me. Other than that, the prices at Herb Chambers are competitive with my neighbourhood mechanic and with the use of coupons, even better. Tony is an irreplaceable asset to the Herb Chambers team. My overall experience was great, especially when there is unlimited dark roast coffee! More

I called to make an appointment at Herb Chamber's only wanted to spend one hour talking about price and options on the vehicle we wanted. with them.
