Great customer service! I was there for a normally scheduled appointment and received great customer service. I was waiting there and my consultant checked in on me to see if I was there for a normally scheduled appointment and received great customer service. I was waiting there and my consultant checked in on me to see if I needed anything (even though the coffee is self service) he offered to get me one. He checked in regularly to let me know if I was still on track to be out of there in the time window provided. Was just a very pleasant experience. More

I will never get my Honda Accord, which I bought here, serviced anywhere else. And for that matter, our Family will always purchase our vehicles here (New or Used). There is a no passing anyway on to the next guy. This store is governed by Teamwork. From Adam Tremblay who took my initial call, to Chris Cooper who diagnosed my issue almost immediately after I got there. Jody & Jerry took it over from there as my tire issue occurred after hours as Chris was literally walking out the door.
