I will never get my Honda Accord, which I bought here, serviced anywhere else. And for that matter, our Family will always purchase our vehicles here (New or Used). There is a no passing anyway on to the next guy. This store is governed by Teamwork. From Adam Tremblay who took my initial call, to Chris Cooper who diagnosed my issue almost immediately after I got there. Jody & Jerry took it over from there as my tire issue occurred after hours as Chris was literally walking out the door. Relationships are everything and have I established a great one here at Herb Chambers Honda of Westboro. Thanks to you all! More

I was he went above and beyond to help resolve the issues I was having with the Pilot he made several calls to resolve the problem. He spoke with myself , his managers and all was taken care of , I cannot tell you how much that means to have a Customer Service Advisor really take the time to help , he is a great asset to your staff and department .
