Outstanding Customer Service at Honda Windward Kaneohe I’ve been coming to Honda Windward for over six years for my automotive needs and have purchased a 2004 Odyssey and now have leased a 2019 Honda Fit f I’ve been coming to Honda Windward for over six years for my automotive needs and have purchased a 2004 Odyssey and now have leased a 2019 Honda Fit from them. I was treated like family each time, never felt pressured to buy but rather felt their sincere desire to help me with what I needed at an exceptionally fair cost. Their Service Department always did the repairs I needed in minimum time and did it right the first time every time. They even took me home and picked me up when my car was done! That’s a truly exceptional way to treat one’s customers! I don’t go anywhere else but Honda Windward when I need a new car or when it needs service or a safety inspection. They are the best in the whole state! More

Misleading Tactics Called to them to see if my bumper to bumper warranty would cover my car battery after owning my certified pre-own 2015 Odyssey for four months. They Called to them to see if my bumper to bumper warranty would cover my car battery after owning my certified pre-own 2015 Odyssey for four months. They didn’t give a yes or no until I took my vehicle to them. After it was all said and done I was told that the battery was not cover and gave me a brand new one that has a 100 months warranty (8yrs 3months). And pretended to “hook me up” by not charge me for labor. xxx!?!? Could of avoided all this with a simple no it’s not and gotten one at O’Rielly 3 days sooner for the same price. Felt like I was mislead into going there just so they can “hook me up” for a battery. More
