"My experience with Honda Windward service was excellent!"

Although I had made an appointment for a safety check, the service department also checked an unusual engine rattle and was able to schedule a repair that same day to resolve the problem. My service representative immediately confirmed that the repair was covered under my extended warranty and I was able to reduce my total expense.

"Pleasant Experience"

Justin, service writer, was pleasant and efficient. There is a shuttle to pick you up and bring you back which is convenient. If you stay, there is a pleasant waiting room with coffee and tv. Even a small playroom for younger children.
