Honda Windward - Service Center

Problem w/ alarm system They were not able to pinpoint the exact cause but think they can solve the problem by replacing a component which is not in stock. I also asked them to do some routine maintenance at the same time which they did in a timely manner. Overall I am satisfied w/ the service I got; the only concern I have is the cost of automotive repairs. What seemed like a minor repair to me ended up costing almost $1100 which is over half of my monthly social security check! The culprit is the labor charge: $145/hour and the cost of replacement parts. I never made that much on an hourly basis as a doctor(I'm retired); maybe I went into the wrong profession! The entire service crew was efficient and courteous; I guess you get what you pay for! More

David Brandt worked very hard at setting up my new car:plugging in radio Stinson for me, showing me some features and taking me for a test drive. He was very friendly and helpful. I unfortunately had an issue a few days after the purchase with the Auto Play (my favorite feature). Kanoa scheduled an appointment and rebooted the system, now it works! I had a few questions about the purchase price, Michael Stoebner explained it to me and I feel much better now. I will return to Windward Honda for all my auto servicing needs! I only came in to service my 2011 Fit and ended up buying a brand new HRV, which I now love! More
