The Service overall is great, but the customer sales rep for express Service seems to not have any customer service communications skills. Service should have included a carwash, and it did but it was offsi for express Service seems to not have any customer service communications skills. The CS person at the counter just told me I had to take it to another location and instead of giving me any type of directions when I asked he simply handed me a card and said to go there. He seems to be polite to females though, as I did get to hear him speaking to woman after me and his tone and demeanor seemed to be completely different. More
