My experience at Honda Windward today was the worst I have had anywhere. I arrived at 7:40, was told it may take up to 3 hrs, and 4 hours later was told that no one has looked at my car. No one thought t have had anywhere. I arrived at 7:40, was told it may take up to 3 hrs, and 4 hours later was told that no one has looked at my car. No one thought to inform me sooner that technicians were backed up. To make matters worse the person who handled me did not listen to the issue I had, despite my repeating it to him for clarity when I dropped off my car, so even if they hadn’t been backed up my issue likely would not have been dealt with. I wasted an entire morning. I will never return here or recommend anyone to this service. More

When I first bought the car, a new 2019 Honda Civic, the staff spent a lot of time with me, patiently going over all of the features and setting them up to my preferences. They were the first dealership I staff spent a lot of time with me, patiently going over all of the features and setting them up to my preferences. They were the first dealership I ever met who were so capable, friendly, and non-pushy! A friend who used them recommended them to me, and as long a I am able, I will continue to use them. They also give excellent, careful maintenance service, and my friend recommended them over Pacific Honda. They have a nice waiting room, and though I have not used it, they will take clients to the shopping center while the car is being serviced. Over the phone, the maintenance staff have been courteous and helpful with my questions. They even send anniversary cards and emails! I am proud to wear their sign on my car in support of their fine work. With such quality work and friendly service, they are a definite asset to our community. More
