Our Honda HRV got stuck because of a malfunctioning electric brake switch and my son called service and talked to Justin. Because I was at work I had my son call Justin about 5 times on March 1 and electric brake switch and my son called service and talked to Justin. Because I was at work I had my son call Justin about 5 times on March 1 and he said he was very helpful. We had the car towed on March 1 to Honda windward. On March 2 Justin called me in the morning and told me the car was going to be finished at 9. We picked up car at 3 pm and got to meet Justin and thanked him for his help and was really pleased with him. I would rate my experience above 10 because of him More

From the first service to the most recent Honda has been outstanding. This last service needed to have some warranty issue taken care of and Justin did a great job making sure all of the warranty items were outstanding. Took my vehicle in for a Routine oil change and for them to fix the recall Kanoa was great when he first answered the telephone all the way till I signed the papers.
