I went in for service. They greeted me right away. Took down my information. Then I met with Alex. Alex is amazing. Very nice and professional. He kept me informed. They greeted me right away. I wish if I could give them under Zero rate This is based on my personal experience with Honda Westminster and Honda Roadside Assistance. During Easter evening, my car showed low tire pressure. I was based on my personal experience with Honda Westminster and Honda Roadside Assistance. During Easter evening, my car showed low tire pressure. I was alone with my small child and didn't feel safe driving, so l called Honda Roadside Assistance. They towed my car to a Honda location and took the key. The next morning, I received a call from Honda Westminster saying my car was there, but they had no record of who dropped it off, and the key was missing. They asked me to bring the spare key, which my husband did. When he arrived, he found the tire in much worse condition than when we sent the car--flat to the rim--and there were scratches on the aluminum plate. The dealer claimed this damage was from me driving it, but that's not true. I only drove a short distance before calling for help. When I dropped the car off, it just needed air. Now they were asking me to pay $290 to replace the tire. I explained that I pay $82 a month for extended warranty and that my car is insured. They told me the warranty does not cover tire replacement and gave me a number (800-999-1009) to call. After spending 30 minutes explaining my situation, they transferred me to financial assistance. The woman there said I shouldn't have to pay and told me to call another number (855-342-4970), but no one ever answered when I tried. I called Roadside Assistance again the next day, explaining my experience then the lady who I was talking to her hung up on me. I felt like no one cared about actually helping me--only about taking my money. In my opinion, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I no longer trust Honda's support. I expected much better from a company like this. More
