Prior to leasing the Prologue I had 4 hi-end vehicles. I can attest my experience in the service department of the hi-end dealership is a far better experience. I waited in line for my service appt with my vehicle sticking out into the street. There was no porter or service advisor working the drive to greet and check people in...that would have moved the drive along. After 8 minutes I walked up to the advisors booth, the first guy ignored me and the next guy said it’s going to be a long time before they got to me and was quite dismissive. I’ve worked in automotive for decades, get the cars checked in and move them off the drive! The woman advisor I ultimately ended up with was pleasant enough. She didn’t introduce herself so I have no idea what her name was. The over all customer service was subpar and totally disappointing. Another disappointment, no wash with a service? What a letdown. I was there (with an appointment mind you) more than two hours for a tire rotation. It’s an electric vehicle, what else was there to do? Although I can’t say with a 100% certain what was done because I wasn’t given a copy of my RO and didn’t sign anything so who knows. Too much of a chaotic mess for my liking. So no ine cares about their CSI anymore? More
