Loving the vehicle I had, I was only willing to look at something comparable. I met with Nick Woodson at Honda World before meeting with anyone and he gave me very straightforward views on what I would be looking at. I looked at some other dealers too and ended up wasting HOURS trying to find a suitable replacement. I went back to Honda World to see Nick and he quickly solved my issue. He put me into a brand new car, which I never thought I could have, and he made it so easy. The team at Honda World worked diligently to get me in and out of there with the best deal possible without any run around. I also had a very pleasant experience with Holly Pitt who went over the function of the car and all the new features. I had upgraded from a 2014 LX model to a 2019 EX model, so there were a lot of really cool things that this car could do that I had no idea how to work, but Holly explained everything with ease. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and efficient. Yes, they wanted to sell me a car and make some money doing it - but I felt like they were also looking out for what I truly wanted and could afford. Semsa did a great job helping me navigate the process; she was very knowledgeable and made sure she understood my needs and my budget. I hope I won't need a new car for a long time - that's why I bought a Honda! - but I would happily come back to Honda World and work with this team again. More
