I worked with Jeani on all three vehicle purchases this year and she is an expert. Again, nothing but the best ratings for Jeanie Tailor Tandy (TT) is on top of her game showing people how to operate the multiple functions the vehicle has and easily paired up our phones and showed us how all of the technological functions worked with our CRV. Service went above and beyond to resolve my issues. I visited Honda World on a day that seemed to be the day the rest of Louisville decided to visit them as well. My issue was minor, the low tire light I visited Honda World on a day that seemed to be the day the rest of Louisville decided to visit them as well. My issue was minor, the low tire light came on. Turns out there was a nail that had gone through the edge of the tire and it couldn’t be repaired. Only having the CRV a little over a month was disappointing. Kathy then informed me that it was covered under warranty and that she was going to get it done quickly so it wasn’t sitting with flat tire. Extremely happy with the quality and speed of service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks More
