Very painless I traded a 2011 Jeep Patriot that I dearly loved but was just costing too much money to continue to driver. I purchased (leased) a new 2018 Honda Civ I traded a 2011 Jeep Patriot that I dearly loved but was just costing too much money to continue to driver. I purchased (leased) a new 2018 Honda Civic. I just purchased it 4 days ago. While driving it this first few days (in the monsoon season that is a Kentuckiana Fall weekend) I really missed my Jeep. I'll always miss it I guess but I do like the Civic and look forward to it serving me well over the next 3 years (and they offer an excellent buy out program which more than likely I will exercise in 3 years). I recommend this dealership to anyone wanted a new vehicle. More

Brian Trimble was an excellent salesman and made the purchasing experience comfortable and low pressure. I feel like I was able to work out a fair price as well. I was also very impressed with the Delivery Specialist, Caleb Morton. He showed me around my new car and was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the experience I received from Brian and Caleb and would recommend them to anyone. I have only removed one star because of a few experiences that were less than desirable. At one point during my initial visit to the dealership, a supervisor approached me during the middle of our negotiations and pressured me to make a decision now or leave, as they were closing up. As purchasing a car is such a big decision, it felt slightly rude and abrupt to put that kind of pressure on me and almost cost my business. Brian and Caleb made up for this experience though, and that's appreciated. More

He too was up front and easy to work with. Overall, probably as good a car trading/buying experience as you could expect. Nice folks who don't drag the process out all day and my daughter now has a reliable car that will last for years, to show for it. We're both happy with the result! More
