They did not push stuff on me that I did not want unlike few other dealers that did and said those are anti discriminatory rules which put me off feeling like I was getting bs’d. They took time to show me the vehicle, no rush there. Test drive was both highway and local roads, sales men new the car in and out and explained to me when safety comes active based on speed so I could test it out, except for collision detection lol. So overall I say it’s a good dealership. More

They pointed out a scratch to the paint that they are fixing, invited me to attend a class they offer once a month to learn the Tech and operating details of the car and the Honda maintenance department. Before I drove off they had another gentleman sit with me in the car and answer any questions about the internal functions of the car. I am very impressed. Thank you!!! More
Great sales staff, horrible finance staff My fiancé and I came in to buy a 2018 Civic EX-L. Brian Trimble was our sales associate and we were beyond satisfied with his customer service. Brian My fiancé and I came in to buy a 2018 Civic EX-L. Brian Trimble was our sales associate and we were beyond satisfied with his customer service. Brian allowed us to take our time to pick out the best car for us, gave us a great price on the car, and was so helpful and friendly throughout the process. We will definitely be going through Brian on future Honda purchases (which we plan on doing here shortly again). However, the woman who helped us in finance was absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name at this point, but when we return to Honda World in the fall to purchase another vehicle, we will refuse to work with her during the finance portion. She was incredibly rude the entire time, tried to hide extra fees on things she was trying to sell us, and acted like we needed to hurry because she had no time for us. She acted annoyed that my fiancé read over the entire contract to make sure we were purchasing what Brian promised us. She never gave us options on the monthly payment of just the car, and would only give us prices on what the monthly payment would be if we added in extra services. When my fiancé asked for the price of JUST the car monthly, she snapped at him with an answer and then continued to go on and on about other services we were not trying to get. She also tried to convince us to do twice monthly payments, WITHOUT telling us there was a $400 fee associated. Luckily, my fiancé read over everything before signing and saw the fee. She acted annoyed once we decided to not go with that payment plan, because she thought she had sold us on it with an extra $400 fee tacked on we didn't know about. Throughout our experience with her she made little offensive comments toward my fiancé, and it enraged us. We had such a great experience at Honda World up until this point, and we refuse to purchase another car from Honda World if she is our only option to work with for finance. Absolutely horrible customer service, and really should not be selling cars to people. More
