My salesman Ryan Anderson was well informed and straightforward; he did not play any of the traditional car salesman’s games. When I made an offer and it went to the manager they came right back with a counter offer rather than having you wait for up to an hour to weaken you as I have had some car dealers do. The finance manager went through the traditional long list of add ones but did not do any high pressure sales like I have experienced in the past. Once I signed the deal and bought the car the staff still remained helpful and attentive. Christian the advisor went through all of the somewhat complicated technical systems of the car so I could operate all of them. As I said it was a good buying experience - which is often not the case in shopping for a new car. More
