I found a car I liked online and visited Honda World and was greeted by Michael Porro, who directed me to Arthur Wilson. It is a somewhat hilarious story I won't share here, but ultimately we surrendered that car to a couple who really deserved it more than us. Yet, Arthur continued to search for the perfect vehicle for me, based on feedback, and he let me know when he had something that was the perfect match. I came in, test drove, and couldn't turn it down - this vehicle is outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, and interaction with my whole family during the process was impeccable. His manager Michael was great to work with because I was trying to go against two long-standing policies that prevented purchase of the first vehicle and by letting me know about the other couple it was easier to let it go and start the search for the one I finally bought instead. I enjoyed doing business with these guys and will likely consider them for my wife's upcoming car purchase. I would highly recommend them - if they keep to their high standards on selecting good cars to offer and for training their people right, this is one of the best to deal with. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE! As a female looking to buy a car on my own I was definitely a little worried about feeling pressured and/or intimidated buy the typical car salesman. I went in with my guard up after doing much of my own research. I knew what I wanted and what I should pay. I worked with Marshall Dean and I really wouldn't cut him a break. He was by far the BEST car salesman I've ever worked with! He knew any question I threw at him. I kept thinking...this is just too easy something is going to happen. And it DID! I got the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted. Marshall was excellent about having all the paperwork prepared and ready when I came to pick up the car. The car was immaculate and gassed up. Then I was worried about being pressured to buy the extra warranties and financing. Nope. I was in and out of signing the final papers and in my car in less than an hour. I was shocked!! It was painless and actually kinda fun! I was VERY nervous about doing this on my own and for the first time in my life it was a great experience! If you are hesitant at all GO SEE MARSHALL.
