I decided not to buy a car at Sam Swope due to the management, the only reason I rated "ok" above is because the salesman. The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and did help me find the ca management, the only reason I rated "ok" above is because the salesman. I had some questions for the manager that was out of the salesmans grasp. When he went to get him I saw the manager shake his head no. I would understand if they were busy but I was the only customer in the big lot building at the time. I also heard management treating another employee there with such disrespect that I do not understand how anyone works there. I am the CEO of a major company here in town and I would never treat an employeee they treated that young man, especially where customers and other employees can here. They were the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Apparently, they do not care about customers or their employees. I asked who that manager was and was surprised to hear the it was the GM of that store. I would never recommend to my family, friends, or staff to visit Sam Swope at least while the GM Steve Stuber is there. More

Met Jessica when I bought my first honda 2010 crosstour. I have owned many cars and had many service reps. By far Jessica is the best I ever had. At my age I forget many things so it is great to have someon I have owned many cars and had many service reps. By far Jessica is the best I ever had. At my age I forget many things so it is great to have someone who goes the extra mile to check your coupons and any other discounts that apply. She always gets back to me the same day when I leave a message. If she cannot take care of me she sets me up with another service rep and lets me know the name of the person I will deal with. The kind of service I get from Jessica is rare these days. It is nice to deal with someone that cares.I now have a second Honda Accord and Jess takes care of it also. It is my wifes car and she also is very happy with Jessica. More
